Far too often, consulting engagements result in a nice document that is filed and forgotten, even though the client agrees with the recommendations. At Finor Consulting, we feel that it is important not only to provide recommendations to our clients’ challenges, but also to assist them through implementation of everything we suggest as the solutions. Our clients work with us because of the expertise and experience we have developed over many years of study and practice in different industries .As such, our recommendations are based both on best practices and through a thorough examination of the organization’s current set of circumstances, allowing us to think out of the box.
